Bondine Kloostra

Bondine Kloostra (1974) studied law at the University of Groningen from 1996 to 2000 after spending two and a half years in France, where she learned to speak French fluently. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Department of Constitutional and International law of the University of Groningen. After completing her studies, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Administrative Law and Public Administration, where she taught administrative law and administrative procedural law.

After spending some time in academia, she decided to enter practice and started working as a lawyer in the northern Netherlands. From the beginning, she focused on matters of administrative law. In both advisory practice and litigation, she has developed an expertise in the law on the use of public space and subsidy laws. She works at Van den Biesen Boesveld Advocaten since 1 December 2005.
