Robbert Boesveld
Robbert Boesveld (1971) studied law at the Catholic University of Nijmegen. He was a member of the Nijmegen pleading team that won the 1994 pleading contest organised by the VAR (Association for Administrative Law). During his studies, he was secretary for Politikon, the Nijmegen Association for Constitutional and Administrative Law and president of a legal advice centre. He soon decided to become a lawyer. From 1998, he was employed at the administrative law section of De Kempenaer Advocaten law firm in Arnhem, where he became a specialist in spatial administrative law and government liability law. Since December 2003 he has worked for Van den Biesen Boesveld Advocaten, where he is mainly involved in administrative law.
Robbert Boesveld publishes regularly on a wide range of legal subjects, mostly in de Gemeentestem, an administrative law magazine. In addition, he is a member of the appeals and objections committee of the Province of Gelderland.
