Our fees depend on several factors, including the expertise of the lawyer in question and the urgency of the case. Generally speaking, our fees are lower than those of other firms, sometimes even markedly lower. This is due to the fact, that as a small firm, we are able to minimise our costs.
When accepting a case, we estimate the work required as accurately as possible. If the case is complicated, we phase the work and draw up a budget for the first phase. The work to be done in subsequent phases depends on the results obtained in the first. On the basis of expert examination of the merits of the case, we discuss with our clients the various options they have (proceed, settle or discontinue).
Our firm also takes on cases on a legal aid basis so that less wealthy individuals have access to specialised legal assistance.
